The storage unit is 3.65 m high and 3.4 m wide, arranged around the sofa. Side and overhead cupboards are connected by an illuminated open recess.

About the design
Wall deviations
The side walls deviated by as much as 7.5 cm between the bottom and top, while the rear wall deviated by up to 5 cm. The furniture and finishing fillers had to accommodate this geometry.
Fillers following the wall slope
The side filler strips were made equally wide at the top and tapered towards the bottom to follow the wall slope. This concealed the deviations and gave the outer outline of the storage unit a trapezoidal shape.
Access to the upper cupboards
The height was agreed with the customer, who planned to use their own ladder to reach the upper cupboards and chose this arrangement.
